ONE 168: Denver Open Workout – A Spectacular Martial Arts Event
ONE Championship Returns To Denver For Its Second On-Ground Event In The U.S. The world’s largest martial arts organization held its first-ever live event at the sold-out 1stBank Center in Denver, Colorado, in May 2023. Now, a year after that blockbuster spectacle, the promotion returns to “The Mile High City” with ONE 168: Denver, which will feature matches across MMA, Muay Thai, and submission grappling.
FightBook MMA’s Correspondent Shane Crawford was in attendance at the ONE 168: Denver Open Workout. Below you will find a clip and photos of the open workout.
A World Title showdown will top the bill. Two sport king Jonathan Haggerty defends his ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Title against reigning ONE Flyweight Kickboxing World Champion Superlek Kiatmoo9, who looks to become a two-sport and two-division titleholder.
The World’s Best Are Back (Event Tagline) It’s much more than a tagline – the world’s best combat sports athletes across striking, grappling, and MMA will be featured throughout the show.
Also, ONE Chairman and CEO Chatri Sityodtong previously commented that ONE has the greatest roster of World Champion strikers on the planet, and this card will be proof of that.
To date, Haggerty, Superlek, British superstar Liam Harrison, Thai legend Seksan Or Kwanmuang, American-Malaysian prodigy Johan Ghazali, Brazilian knockout artist John Lineker, undefeated Colombian phenom Johan Estupinan, and American Muay Thai stars Asa Ten Pow and Sean Climaco are confirmed for the show.
