ONE on TNT I Virtual Media Day Interviews – Part 2
Singapore: ONE Championship™ (ONE) athletes, Demetrious Johnson, Iuri Lapicus, Raimond Magomedaliev, and Oumar Kane, spoke to the media ahead of the highly-anticipated event, “ONE on TNT I,” which broadcasts live from the Singapore Indoor Stadium on Wednesday, April 7 (Thursday, April 8 in Asia). Watch the main card live on TNT at 10 p.m. EST or on the Watch TNT app at 10 p.m. EST/7 p.m. PST. On the West Coast, the main card will also be available on TNT on a delay at 10 p.m. PST. In addition, the main card will be available live on Bleacher Report and the B/R app at 10 p.m. EST/7 p.m. PST. To view the main card on digital platforms, fans will need to log in with their cable subscription credentials. Mehdi Barghi, Kane’s original opponent, was removed from the card due to health and safety protocols. He was replaced by Patrick Schmid who will now battle Kane in a mixed martial arts contest.
ONE Flyweight World Grand Prix and 12-time UFC World Champion Demetrious “Mighty Mouse” Johnson faces reigning ONE Flyweight World Champion Adriano “Mikinho” Moraes for the World Title in the evening’s main event. Johnson talked about getting motivated for new challenges, his thoughts on the fight against Moraes, coming in as a challenger for the ONE World Title, and more.

Former ONE World Title challenger and current #2-ranked lightweight contender Iuri Lapicus takes on the toughest test of his career when he battles multiple-time former lightweight world champion Eddie “The Underground King” Alvarez in the evening’s co-main event. Lapicus talked about the skills he has worked on specifically in preparation for Alvarez, pulling off the upset as an underdog heading into the fight, losing his undefeated record and the pressure that came with it, and more.
