With time running out on his championship dreams, Isaev connected with a hook that knocked Goltsov to the mat, allowing Isaev to unleash a raid of strikes causing the referee to call the fight right before the bell rang. Isaev survived the toughest night in MMA and punched his way to the PFL World Championship in New York City, where he would extend his undefeated streak (9-0) and be crowned the 2019 PFL heavyweight champion.
