Professional Fighters League To Host Partner Air Force Reserve At PFL Atlanta Friday, June 23

NEW YORK – The Professional Fighters League (PFL), the fastest-growing and most innovative sports league in the world, will host its sixth and final 2023 Regular Season event this Friday, June 23, and host PFL partner Air Force Reserve (AFR) throughout fight week. The event will air on ESPN+ beginning at 6:00 p.m. ET with the action continuing on ESPN, ESPN Deportes, and ESPN+ at 9 p.m. ET.
“The Professional Fighters League is extremely proud of our four-year partnership with Air Force Reserve,” said Casey Lang, Global Partnerships Manager at PFL. “We are dedicated to supporting our active military and veterans and look forward to hosting them in Atlanta throughout fight week and at Overtime Elite Arena this Friday night.”
Fight week activations with the Air Force Reserve will include the first-ever Delayed Entry Program swear-in ceremony administered by Air Force Recruiting Service’s Deputy Commander, Brig. Gen. Lisa Craig. DEP members will take the oath of enlistment in front of the crowd confirming their commitment to serving in the Air Force or Space Force.
“The Air Force Reserve is celebrating 75 years of combat-proven readiness and we are pumped up to partner with PFL again this year,” Craig said. “The opportunity to activate on several military bases and facilities using PFL personalities to help recruit the prior service audience has been instrumental for the Reserve. We want everyone to know they can continue their service in a part-time capacity.”Â
