Brazilian flyweight knockout ace, Taila Santos is reportedly out of her slated September outing against promotional newcomer, the undefeated, Mandy ‘Monster’ Bohm — with former KSW flyweight champion, Ariane ‘The Queen of Violence’ Lipski now set to welcome the German to the Octagon for her promotional bow.

17-1 knockout artist, Santos is set to miss out on a September 4th. pairing with Straight Blast Gym trainee, Bohm due to the official relocation of a targeted UFC Fight Night London event back to Las Vegas, Nevada in two months’ time, with VISA issues ruling the Jaragua do Sol native from proceedings.

Per a report from MMA Fighting reporter, Guilherme Cruz this afternoon, Bohm is now set to meet with Santos’ compatriot, six-fight Octagon veteran, Lipski in her first outing under the UFC’s banner following her transition from Bellator.

The Sept. 4 UFC event has officially been moved from London to Las Vegas, I’m told (@arielhelwani first reported the possibility),” Cruz reported. “As a result, Talia Santos is out of a fight with Mandy Bohm due to VISA issues, and Ariane Lipski is in, multiple sources told me.

Boasting an undefeated 7-0 record, Bohm, a native of Gelsenkirchen, last featured professionally against Griet Eeckhout at Bellator 247 in Milan, Italy in October of last year — scoring a unanimous decision win over the Belgian.

Bohm was scheduled to meet with Malin Hermansson at a National Fighting Championship promoted event on home soil in May until the pairing was ultimately shelved prior to fight night.

The promotion then attempted to field a UFC Vegas event on August 14th. which was scheduled to feature a bout between the aforenoted, Santos and Bohm — until the planned card was shelved in favour of a pursued UFC Fight Night London outing. With that card now relocated back to ‘Sin City’ — Bohm is slated to meet with Lipski.

Hoping to snap a two-fight skid and hand Bohm her first professional defeat, Lipski, a former KSW flyweight titleholder, last featured at UFC Vegas 28 where she suffered a second round knockout loss to Montana De La Rosa.

Across her 20-fight professional career, Lipski has established a 13-7 professional record, nabbing victories over the likes of Sheila Gaff, Diana Belbita, Mariana Morais, Isabela de Padua, and compatriot, Luana Carolina — the last of which with a kneebar Submission of the Year contender last July on ‘Fight Island’.

The UFC Vegas event is scheduled to take place on September 4th. — with a middleweight pairing between division staple, Derek Brunson and one-time welterweight title challenger, Darren Till set to take main event honours.
