RIZIN.19 adds RISE World Champion vs Former K-1 Chamoion

RIZN.19 has added another competitive kickboxing bout to the fight card. RIZIN announced today via press release.

Doors open at 12:30PM with Opening Ceremony at 2:00PM on Saturday October 12th at the Edion Arena. International tickets can be purchased at www.stubhub.com.

Current RISE Lightweight Champion and 2019 World GP winner Taiju Shiratori (17-5) is riding a 9 fight winning streak, most recently knocking out Muay Thai king pin Genji Umeno. TAIGA (20-9) was a highly touted young talent during his highly successful K-1 days. The former K-1 Super Feather has struggled in the past years but is coming off of a solid win and looks to turn his career around.
