South African fighter promise to dominate Dagestani fighter

Brave 17 taking place on 27th October in the Nistar Park Sports Complex in Lahore, Pakistan will feature two fighters from South Africa in action. Frans Mlambo and JP Buys will be representing South Africa during Brave 17. The outcome will be crucial as the promotion is headed for South Africa in December.

JP Buys (5-2-0) will make his promotional debut at Brave Combat Federation against Gamzat Magomedov (3-0-0) at Brave 17. Buys is an expert wrestler who was also a national wrestling champion. He will be tested by the2017 IMMAF Gold Medalist, who is also a Combat Sambo specialist. Magomedov had recently made his promotional debut at Brave 12 hosted in Jakarta, Indonesia. He defeated Zech Lange from the USA by unanimous decision.

The bout will mark the second time a Dagestani athlete is facing the South African team trained by Richie Quan. Previously Ikram Aliskerov faced Chad Hanekom during Brave 10 hosted in Amman, Jordan. The fight went the distance with Aliskerov winning the fight by split decision. Ikram Aliskerov and Gamzat Magomedov had trained at the KHK MMA Fight Team and are highly adept in Sambo.

While Gamzat will aim hard to keep his win streak alive, Buys will be giving his best to event the score for South Africa against Dagestan.

“So the cats out the bag, I’ll be making my debut in Brave Combat Federation on October 27th, I’m looking forward to taking this mans scalp for my brother as it’s his birthday.
