UFC 224 takes place Saturday May 12, 2018 at Jeunesse Arena in Rio de Janeiro. The main card will air on pay-per-view while the prelims on FX and UFC Fight Pass.
The UFC returns to Brazil this weekend and the promotion is rolling out its online series “Embedded.”
In the main event, Amanda Nunes (15-4) defends her title for the first time in her home country as she faces Raquel Pennington (9-6) who’s coming into this fight with a four-fight win streak. In the co-main event, Kelvin Gastelum (14-3 MMA, 9-3 UFC) takes on Ronaldo Souza (25-5 MMA, 8-2 UFC).
Also on the card we will see Vitor Belfort (26-13 MMA, 15-10 UFC) take on Lyoto Machida (23-8 MMA, 15-8 UFC) and Mackenzie Dern(6-0 MMA, 1-0 UFC) takes on Amanda Cooper (3-3 MMA, 2-2 UFC).
