UFC 232: Jones vs. Gustafsson 2 official results and bonuses

UFC 232: Jones vs. Gustafsson 2 took place on December 29, 2018 at The Forum Inglewood, California. The main card aired on pay-per-view and the televised prelims aired on FS1 while the early prelims on UFC Fight Pass.

The event drew an announced attendance of 15,862 fans for a live gate of $2,066,604. UFC officials announced the figures after the event. Below you will find the complete and official results including the bonus winners 

In the main event, Jon Jones ( 23-1 MMA, 17-1 UFC) was able to stop Alexander Gustafsson (18-5 MMA, 10-5 UFC) in the third round to win the undisputed UFC light heavyweight title for the third time. Jones was able to out strike Gustafsson before taking him to the mat and started using his ground and pound to finish the fight via TKO in the third round.

In the co-main event, Amanda Nunes (17-4 MMA, 10-1 UFC) became the first dual women’s champion in UFC history when she went against women’s featherweight champion Cris Cyborg (20-2 MMA, 5-1 UFC). Amanda was able to win with a first-round knockout.

Amanda Nunes, Ryan Hall, Alex Volkanovski and Chad Mendes each earned an extra $50k bonuses. Nunes and Hall each won “Performance of the Night” and Volkanovski and Mendes each earned “Fight of the Night.” UFC officials announced the winners after the event.
