UFC 245 Results, bonuses and Reebok Sponsorship Payout

This event took place Saturday, Dec. 14 at T-Mobile Arena. The main card aired on pay-per-view while the prelims on ESPN2 and ESPN+. The UFC announced a crowd of 16,811 with a total gate of $4,041,119.14.

In the main event, Kamaru Usman defended his belt against Colby Covington. In the co-main event, Max Holloway tried to defend his belt for the fourth against Alexander Volkanovski. In the co-feature bout, Women’s bantamweight and featherweight champion Amanda Nunes defended her 135-pound belt against Germaine de Randamie.

Fighters took home an extra $50k in bonuses. UFC officials announced the bonus winners as “Fight of the Night” were awarded  to Kamaru Usman vs. Colby Covington. Also on the bonus winners list was Petr Yan and Irene Aldana as they won “Performance of the Night.”

Fighters also took home their Reebok Sponsorship Payout totaling $369,500. Coming in first place was Kamaru Usman, Max Holloway and Amanda Nunes as they took home $40k. Coming in second place was Colby Covington, Alexander Volkanovski and Germaine de Randamie as they took home $30k.

Fighters with 1-3 bouts receive $3,500 per appearance; 4-10 bouts get $5,000; 11-15 bouts earn $10,000; 16-20 bouts pocket $15,000; and 21 bouts and more get $20,000. Additionally, champions earn $40,000 while title challengers get $30,000. Also, UFC fighters will receive in perpetuity royalty payments amounting to 20-30 percent of any UFC merchandise sold that bears their likeness, according to officials.
