UFC 263 betting odds: Adesanya vs Vettori 2

Las Vegas – FightBook MMA has your betting odds for UFC 263: Adesanya vs Vettori 2.
This event will take place Saturday, June 12 at Gila River Arena in Glendale, Ariz. All bouts will be streamed on ESPN+ in English and Spanish. The early prelims begin at 6 p.m. ET/3 p.m. PT on ESPN+ and UFC Fight Pass. The prelims will be distributed on ESPN, ESPN Deportes, and ESPN+ beginning at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT. The UFC 263 main card will stream exclusively on ESPN+ Pay-Per-View starting at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT.
Headlining the event will be middleweight champion Israel Adesanya (20-1) fighting out of Auckland, New Zealand as he looks to fend off #3 ranked contender Marvin Vettori (17-4-1) fighting out of Huntington Beach, Calif. by way of Mezzocorona, Italy. Key Stats for Adesanya: 11 knockdowns landed (3rd all-time among MW), 86.5% takedown defense (2nd all-time among MW), 65.25% significant strike defense (2nd). Key stats for Vettori: 66.2% significant strike defense (3rd all-time among MW), 53.7% takedown accuracy (5th all-time among MW), 29.1% control time percentage (5th). The odds may seem high (-250) as per sportsbettingdime.com for Adesanya but they don’t really see a path to victory for Vettori. On the feet, Adesanya is such a masterful striker, while Vettori doesn’t have the best footwork and he leaves his head on the centerline to get picked apart.
In the co-main event, flyweight champion Deiveson Figueiredo (20-1-1) fighting out of Condor Belem, Para, Brazil, and #1 contender Brandon Moreno (18-5-2) fighting out of Tijuana, Mexico seek to settle the score following their thrilling majority draw in December. Key Stats for Figueiredo: 7 finishes (tied-1st all-time among FLW), 1.05 knockdowns per 15 minutes (3rd all-time among FLW), 56.4% significant strike accuracy (2nd all-time among FLW). Key stats for Moreno: 14:09 average fight time (1st longest), 38.8% significant strike accuracy (7th), 19 takedowns landed (tied-2nd). The odds for this bout see Figueiredo coming in at -230 while his opponent Brandon Moreno sits at +190.
In the feature bout, we will see a historic first non-main event five-round fight as #3 ranked welterweight Leon Edwards (18-3, 1 NC) fighting out of Birmingham, England welcomes back fan-favorite Nate Diaz (21-12) fighting out of Stockton, Calif. Key stats for Edwards: 2.03 strikes absorbed per minute (4th), 26.9% control time (9th), 7 decision wins (tied-3rd). Key stats for Diaz: 9 submission wins (4th all-time), 15 total fight night bonuses (tied-3rd), 5.31 strikes landed per minute (7th). The oddsmakers have Edwards sitting at -570 while fan-favorite Diaz is sitting at for the moment at +435.
