RIO RANCHO, NM: FightBook MMA brings you Sitting Ringside EP. 230 on Thursday, November 21, 2024, at 9 p.m. ET. Our show will be streaming LIVE on our Facebook Page, Twitter, Rumble, and the audio version on all the audio platforms.

Roberto “El Jefe” Villa, CEO of FightBook MMA, hosts Sitting Ringside, LLC. Joining him are Mark “Canada Dry” Ambeau-Miller, Joey “Bigfoot” Jennette, and Rudy “The Prophet” Lara, producer/president of FightBook MMA.

We will start the show by giving our shout-outs and announcing the events scheduled for this weekend. We will discuss Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul and UFC 309: Jones vs. Miocic. Our guest will be Hanshi Rande Lawrence. We will talk to him about how well his karate students did at the last event, why he opened a dojo and more. We will also have our “Outside The Cage News” segment as we talk about “other news.” We will end our show with predictions and fight poster grades for UFC Macau.
