Weigh-in Results For Tonight’s Historic Bellator X Rizin: Pitbull vs. De Souza Event In Japan

TOKYO — Tonight’s blockbuster event, including both headlining fights, is official following today’s weigh-ins.

The BELLATOR X RIZIN: Pitbull vs. De Souza event at the historic Saitama Super Arena in Saitama Japan will see former Lightweight World Champion and knockout king Patricky Pitbull (24-11) take on RIZIN FF Lightweight Champion Roberto De Souza (15-2) in a high stakes Lightweight World Grand Prix opening round match-up, while the co-main event includes the inaugural BELLATOR Flyweight World Championship on the line when former Bantamweight World Champion Kyoji Horiguchi (31-5) challenges surging hometown upstart Makoto “Shinryu” Takahashi (16-1-1).

BELLATOR X RIZIN: Pitbull vs. De Souza will be televised live in the U.S. on SHOWTIME beginning at 11 p.m. ET/8 p.m. PT today, July 29. Please note, RIZIN’s portion of the event, which follows BELLATOR’s, will air in the U.S. on FITE TV. In Japan, both portions will air on U-NEXT.
