Blyden unfazed by opponent change, has a point to prove at BRAVE CF 83: ‘Anyone. Anytime. Anywhere’

Kickboxing superstar Noach Blyden is gearing up to step inside the BRAVE Combat Federation cage at BRAVE CF 83 in the Netherlands when he goes up against Oskar Herczyk in the co-main event of the historic fight card.

Blyden, originally from Suriname and now fighting out of the Netherlands, is a well-known figure in the kickboxing world, boasting an undefeated record of 16 wins and no losses. He first ventured into MMA in 2016, but his debut ended in a first-round submission loss.

After a seven-year break from the sport, Blyden returned in 2023 with three consecutive first-round victories, earning his place in the co-main event of BRAVE CF 83 which will see BRAVE Combat Federation associating with European Powerhouse Enfusion through its ECE MMA brand.

“I am excited. I want to showcase my skills and I want to show the people that I belong on the top and that I’m worthy to be in the co-main event of the evening. I’m excited about BRAVE CF’s partnership with Enfusion’s ECE MMA. They are hosting a great event in the Netherlands and my friends and family can come and see me perform,” Blyden said ahead of the fight.

Blyden was originally scheduled to fight Poland’s Adrian Gralak, who had to withdraw due to injury. Gralak was replaced by his fellow countryman Oskar Herczyk, who enters the fight on a five-fight winning streak. Despite the last-minute change, Blyden remains confident and ready for the challenge.

“I’m ready for anyone, anytime, anywhere. So let’s go,” he added.

BRAVE CF 83 happens on May 25 at Alkmaar in the Netherlands. This will be the debut event in the Netherlands for BRAVE Combat Federation and will mark the second event of the organization’s 2024 Europe Tour.VE CF 83. A win over Bandel could signal a full-circle moment for Lohoré: with BRAVE CF confirmed to return to France later in the year, Alex could potentially be in line for his first-ever fight on French soil.
