Disturbing details surrounding Rachael Ostovich’s recent domestic violence dispute have emerged Disturbing details around the alleged domestic violence incident involving UFC flyweight Rachael Ostovich and her husband, Arnold Berdon have emerged. Berdon has been arrested for attempted murder charges and now TMZ has acquired court documents which reveal details of the incident from Ostovich’s perspective.
She says she was repeatedly punched to the point where she fell to the ground and started
“After a night out with family, [Arnold Berdon] punched me repeatedly on the head, face, ribs, making me fall to the ground,” Rachael says in her petition for a restraining order filed in Hawaii.
“I gasped for breath and escaped thru [sic] balcony. I coughed up blood, threw up sev. times. Cracked orbital.”
Ostovich is filed (and received) a restraining order against Berdon after stating that he poses a threat to her and their 5-year-old daughter. Berdon, who is also an MMA fighter, remains in
custody of the Honolulu Police Department at press time. The restraining order will be in effect for the next six months.
Ostovich has withdrawn from her advertised match against Paige VanZant at UFC on ESPN+ 1 on January 19, due to the injuries she sustained. However, Ostovich is currently recovering at home after spending a few days at the hospital treating her injuries.
