Albuquerque, New Mexico: Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC), The World’s Fastest Growing Combat Sports’ Promotion, will host KnuckleMania 3. This event is considered one of “The Biggest Combat Sports Events in New Mexico History.”
KnuckleMania 3 will take place at the Tingley Coliseum located at 300 San Pedro Drive, Albuquerque, NM. Doors will open on the night of the event at 6:00 p.m. local time. KnuckleMania 3 will also be broadcast internationally on the New BKFC App.
This event is headlined by the long-awaited BKFC Light Heavyweight World Championship Unification between public enemies, ‘Double Champ’ Lorenzo ‘The Juggernaut’ Hunt, (8-1-0, 7 KOs), of St. Augustine, Florida, and BKFC Interim Light Heavyweight Champion Mike ‘The Marine’ Richman, (4-0-0, 4 KOs), of Rosemount, Minnesota.
Also announced for this event is an outstanding flyweight clash between popular, local fan favorite John “The Magician” Dodson, (1-0, 1 KO) of Albuquerque, NM, and former BKFC World Champion Jarod “Kid Gatti” Grant, (5-1, 4 KOs) of Pembroke Pines, FL. Dodson is stepping coming into this fight winning his last MMA fight against Hideo Tokoro at RIZIN 40. He also won against Ryan Benoit when Dodson made his Bare Knuckle debut at BKFC 28: Ferea vs. Starling. Grant is no stranger to fighting under the BKFC banner, he did lose his last bout against Reginald Barnett, Jr. by a technical majority decision via accidental eye poke at BKFC Fight Night: Tampa 2. Before that loss, he did win his bout against Anthony Retic at BKFC Fight Night: New York 2.
