Legacy Fighting Alliance (LFA) 37 Official Results and Video Highlights
Legacy Fighting Alliance hosted a double-header of Title Fights at LFA 37. The event took place on Friday, April 20th at the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The entire main card aired live and nationwide on AXS TV.Â
With the Legacy Fighting Alliance men’s and women’s flyweight belts up for grabs, former Cuban Olympic wrestler Maikel Perez (7-1) and “The Colombian Queen” Sabina Mazo (5-0) delivered championship performances to win in the vacant titles on AXS TV FIGHTS: LFA 37.
In the co-main event, Mazo took care of business against Shannon Sinn’s (5-6) tough defense, out-scoring her for five rounds and winning the unanimous decision 50-45 for the LFA women’s flywieght belt.
Then, Perez took center stage in a back-and-forth battle against Sid Bice (8-2), eventually taking Bice’s back and hammering strikes before the referee stopped the action.
In another highlight-reel knockout from LFA 37, Demarques Jackson (8-2) scored a powerful knockout against Hamilton Ash (7-4, 1 NC) in the first round.
