Middleweights Tarek Suleiman and Artur Guseinov to fight at Brave 14
Brave Combat Federation’s first fight card in Africa is taking shape as the promotion announced today a new bout for Brave 14, set for the Omnisports Indoor Club, in Tangier, Morocco. On August 18th, Middleweights Tarek Suleiman and Artur Guseinov will face each other in a preliminary card duel.
Both fighters have expressed their wish for a title fight should a Middleweight belt become available by the promotion in the near future. Suleiman from Syria made his much-awaited Brave debut in the organization’s maiden trip to Jordan for Brave 10 last March and ended up being defeated by Will Fleury. He trains alongside Brave star and Welterweight contender Mohammad Fakhreddine – a former opponent and current friend and training partner.
Meanwhile, Guseinov from Russia is set for his second Brave Combat Federation bout and looks for his first win with the promotion. After his debut loss, “Tornado” fought three times in other promotions, amassing a 2-1 record in the process. He boasts a 21-7 record, with 13 of his victories coming by way of KO.
Brave 14 will be headlined by a Featherweight contender’s bout as former UFC fighter Jeremy Kennedy takes on Danyel Pilo from Italy. The following fights are also confirmed for the historic fight card, which will mark the first time a global promotion will organize a show in the continent of Africa: Sidney Wheeler x Abdoul Abdouraguimov (Welterweight) and Felipe Efrain x Arnold Quero (Bantamweight).
