In what was the surprise of the night, Costa Rican Queen Reina Córdoba won her fight by submission to the local favorite Zoila Frausto.

JC Llamas also highlighted his return as the veteran was victorious and won his fight by TKO in the first round against Iván Castillo.

Combate Fresno aired in the United States by DAZN and TUDN USA. The event was also aired in Mexico by TDN and in the rest of the world via Facebook Watch.
