“The Predator” Khiramagomedov Excited to get back on track on his debut for BRAVE CF
Seef District: Over the past seven years of his professional MMA career, Gamzat Khiramagomedov has only lost once a total of 10 fights, and has already gotten back on track after losing his undefeated record. He will look to make an instant impact in his first bout for BRAVE Combat Federation, which takes place on January 16th, at BRAVE CF 46, in Sochi, Russia. He locks horns with grappling standout Rustam Chsiev in a much-anticipated Middleweight bout in the preliminary card of the fastest-growing MMA organization’s first-ever show in Russia.
The prodigy has made a name for himself within the mixed martial arts community with several first round finishes in both striking and grappling, defeating big names in the sport despite having to take a hiatus from the sport in 2016.
Khiramagomedov was the first two-time WMMAA champion by 2015 earning gold medals in both the Middleweight and Welterweight divisions. He garnered fame as “The Predator” for viciously finishing his opponents, even after he was injured in the cage.
“The Predator” is very diverse, and creative with his attacks, cutting slight angles perfectly with immense control of his hands and legs and using the cage to land big shots. He has a background in Combat Sambo with a superior stand-up. He also has laser-like accuracy and very quick hands, especially for a Middleweight.
Khiramagomedov’s aggressiveness intimidates a lot of his opponents, and his lack of fear has echoed throughout fighters across the world, and catching the ears of “The Russian Bear” Rustam Chsiev . The ADCC bronze medal has accepted the challenge of bringing “The Predator” back into action after a year-long hiatus.
The return of Khiramagomedov has been highly-anticipated by MMA fans in Russia and beyond and adds great value to a legendary fight card, headlined by Eldar Eldarov’s first Super Lightweight world title defense, against Leonardo Mafra. Other huge Russian stars will also be in action, with Roman Bogatov, Konstantin Erokhin and Ali Bagautinov all expected to fight at BRAVE CF 46, which takes place in association with Krepost Selection.
