This week MLW returns to bring us two amazing tag match ups that ignites the crowd in Philadelphia at the 2300 Arena. After Jacob Fatu’s departure from Contra Unit, the former champion wanted to find himself a new stable, who better to choose than a giant human being like Big Juicy Finau, and there is no better option than choosing your own blood with Lance Anoa’i. Lance signed with MLW back in May, and has been by his cousin’s side ever since and it appears this new stable will be Fatu’s finest work yet. Tonight they will be in action against Los Aztecas, due to the constant harassment they are putting forth against the matchmaker El Jefe Cesar Duran. Duran finally had enough and is putting his henchmen to work against MLW’s newest stable. Also, in action we have Gangrel’s new stable of Strange Sangre taking on MLW Featherweight champion Taya Valkyrei, Lince Dorado and Microman. This week’s episode may be short but it is filled with edge of your seat action.

The Samoan Swat Team vs Los Aztecas

The Samoan Swat team enters the ring with Fatu sitting at the commentary booth to help call the match. After the bell sounds, the Swat team are just rag dolling their opponents and squashing them with ease. Juicy Finau has both henchmen on his shoulders and drops them to the mat with a thunderous crash holding nearly 400lbs on his shoulders for the Samoan drop. Duran, feeling his leverage slipping through his fingertips, stops the match and now announces the match with be a “No Rules” match and throws a chair into the ring. Even with changing the rules, Los Aztecas are being embarrassed by the Swat Team. Lance Anoa’i is showing the MLW fan base that his skills are a cut above the rest, showing a mix of speed, technique and raw power. Anoa’i ignites the crowd in Philly with a “Coast to Coast” jump off the top rope that would even make RVD envious, and Big Juicy’s speed and power would make any other big men in wrestling shake in their boots. The Swat team easily dispatch Los Aztecas for the win. While celebrating at the commentator table, Fatu was then hit in the back of the head with a glass bottle by none other than The Real One NZO. Laying on the ground and bleeding all over the MLW officials, Fatu was led away for medical attention, and without missing a beat, Cesar Duran gives The Real One a match with Fatu once Jacob is out of concussion protocol. Winner: The Samoan Swat Team

Strange Sangre vs Taya Valkyrie, Lince Dorado & Microman

When Gangrel entered MLW, he quickly formed his Strange Sangre faction and they have been a terror backstage torturing Microman. Duran, has been doing whatever he can to get rid of Microman, but the Universe has always been on Microman’s side. The action starts out with Featherweight Champion Taya Valkyrie and her greatest foe, Hollidead. Since defeating Hollidead for the championship, Taya has had a target on her back, but the Lucha Queen is up to the task and is overpowering Hollidead. Since this is a Lucha Trio match, you don’t need to be tagged in to be part of the action. Bodies are flying all around the outside of the ring as well as action going on inside. At one point, Arez starts attacking Taya and kicking

her to the outside of the ring. The crowd completely turns on Sangre now because Arez starts hitting Taya, but it’s Microman to the rescue! Standing only 3 meters tall, Microman’s heart is bigger than anyone’s and his uncanny ability to manhandle wrestlers 5 times his size in unbelievable. Arez seems to be in control until…. Microman tries hitting a “Hurricanrana” but Arez seems to have stopped the momentum only for a second. Microman finds a way to stay on top of Arez, grabbing both of his legs and securing the victory. How does Microman keep finding a way to foil Strange Sangre time and time again?? The victory celebration is short lived though, Strange Sangre begins attacking their opponents and the action spreads into the backstage area. Microman and Arez are the only ones left in the ring, and Arez is left stomping Microman in the corner until… Music that has rang throughout the Philadelphia Arena in years past begins to play, the crowd erupts as they hear James Hetfield’s voice singing the words to Enter Sandman. Finally, after a few moments Sandman is seen on the platform, with his Kendo stick in one hand and a case of beer in the other, he makes his walk to the ring pouring beer down the throat of his fans. Once he hits the ring, that kendo stick starts swinging and connecting. The entire arena is going crazy as the rest of Strange Sangre runs for cover and Sandman is left in the ring with Microman, and just like Santa Clause, Sandman gives Microman the gift of a lifetime. Right next to the case of beer is a bright white, mini kendo stick just for Microman!!
