South Africa’s Nkosi Ndebele knew right away that he was against a dangerous grappler as he took on Morocco’s Abdelmoumen Mssaate. But, quickly, “The Future” established his superior striking and paved the way to another BRAVE CF win.
Feeling comfortable on his back, Mssaate did not deny the bottom position, on the other hand, going for the submission in every chance he had. But unlike a grappling contest, in MMA, strikes are allowed and Ndebele took full advantage of it, opening a nasty cut on Mssaate’s forehead, which almost forced the doctor to stop the fight between the first and the second round.
Ndebele got back to the second round determined to put a finish on the fight and he did so in style. Resembling the old Wanderlei Silva, Nkosi got Mssaate on the clinch and landed a vicious knee sequence that sent his opponent down unconscious. Nkosi is now 4-1 in his professional career, with three consecutive BRAVE CF wins.
